The house was built in 1974 but fully refurbished and reconstructed 2022. The interior of the house has 70 m2, the covered balcony in front of the house 20 m2, the sun deck on the south side of the house another 20 m2 , The veranda behind the house 7 m2 and the covered lounge terrace in the garden another 12 m2. The garden around the house has about 400 m2.
The distance from the sea (nearby beach) is only 50 m.
The main entrance into the house is from the veranda behind the house. From veranda one steps into the entrance hall from where the kitchen / living room is accessible through open passage. The doors to the bathroom, separate toilet and a small bedroom with a bunk bed are also found in the entrance hall.
The living room / kitchen has about 70 m2 and features a comfortable corner sofa, comfortable armchair, 42” smart TV. The dining table offers seating for 6 persons. The fully equipped kitchen features dishwasher, induction quad-cooking plate, microwave oven and electrical oven, coffee machine, water cooker, bread toaster and sufficient plates, dishes and cutlery for 8 people.
Annex to the living room is a side corridor with a large storage closet for clothing of guests. The entrance to the second bedroom with two twin beds is located in this corridor.
The access to the master bedroom with a king size matrimonial bed is from the living room.
The modern bathroom features shower, toilet and a double washstand. The entrance to the separate toilet is beside the bathroom entrance.
There are four internal air condition units: one in the living room and one in each sleeping room.
Most lights in the living space / kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall are dimmable.
On the front balcony there is a cozy seating set for 4 people, the sun deck on the side of south the house features two sunbeds. The veranda behind the kitchen is perfect for outdoor dining in any time of day.
Secluded behind the house is a covered terrace with a lounge set for 6 people. A modern BBQ is located beside this terrace.
The house is surrounded by a 400 m2 Mediterranean garden with olive and fig trees, oleanders, lavenders, rosemary... It is being continuously developed but intentionally kept in a simplistic natural form.
The guests have access to the complete house and garden except for the garage. There are no other guests or owners at the property. Free parking for one personal car is available in front of the house!
The house is suitable for a single family or a group of friends.
